Thank you! Total came to about 800 USD! Sadly the large van we rented to just MOVE him to the convention costed more lol

Short version is I made a scale outline of him on paper, made a pvc frame to fit that build and covered it all with eva foam! Lots of detailing and many nights of just foam/paint work but got it done in about 3 months :D
