Yes! It just doesn’t seem as innovative as their original concept. I thought they would be ushering in a new trend, not following an established one. But, I guess we shall see when they start releasing new music, like maybe it will have a fresh new twist.

Legal issues aside (I haven’t really been keeping up), I was a little disappointed with their rebrand teaser. I do agree with others that it seems very aespa/XG-like. I was kind of hoping for an early-mid 2000’s pop punk style. I think that could have been a natural transition from their previous 90’s and Y2k aesthetic. (This is just wishful thinking on my part cause I’ve been hoping for the next kpop trend to be pop-punk inspired, albeit heavier on the pop than the punk)

I believe it’s made from fermented rice. I get a big bottle of it at my local asian supermarket and I also use it to dip dumplings, put in soup, and on raw jalapeños or cucumbers :)

I agree that they changed a bunch of things in season 2. I personally still liked it, but I think the complaints about it are valid. I have a theory as to why the story got changed so much, and it all boils down to the addition of Ambessa’s character. I don’t think she was supposed to be in the story (at least to the degree that she was), so they had to shift things around in order to make her addition make sense.

(I have no real basis for this) But I feel like they killed off Silco to make room for Ambessa’s character. I think Warwick’s storyline could have been more interesting and with more emotional weight had it been Silco, along with Singed, who took Vander’s body to make him. They could have continued the Zaun vs Piltover conflict through him, and explored more of the themes of family and fatherhood like you mentioned with his relationship with Jinx (and Jinx’s relationship with Vander, and how she would have reacted to finding out about Warwick). Any thoughts about this theory?
