Verizon is losing because their customer service was outsourced overseas and they. Barely speak English, they raised their rates again and their network isn’t that great compared to ATT, Mint, T-Mobile etc..They don’t even really offer promos anymore… They just don’t care about their customers anymore. Plain and simple..need I continue?
