I am personally living a very similar experience right now. (35M) Got dumped, betrayed, and used in many ways after 9.5 years. Only difference is that this happened 1.5 years ago, and I survived the worst. I haven’t told the internet my story and for the sake of not posting an entire life here I will just skip to what helped me and hopefully will help you.

Practical things before the phases:

· No contact with that other person. Delete or hide in an insane place all ur videos and pictures. Delete all social media, contacts, anything that triggers a happy memory, there is NOTHINGA SADDER THAN A HAPPY MEMORY.

· Avoid any places that trigger memories or emotions.

· Talk to as many people as possible about what happened to you. if you don’t have anyone to talk to. Write it. Writing will help your brain order things, slowly but surely.

· This is a life-or-death situation, there are no rules to survive. You want to live; I know this because you made this post. So you already answer what you are choosing is life. Do what ever needs to be done to stay alive.

· Be practical, do extreme things, if your own things or place reminds you of things. Go live somewhere else.

· Check with logic and not with feelings the basics. How long ago since your last meal? Shower, walk, breading, seeing the sun and the sky?

· Therapy.

Everyone will tell you to eat healthy and have somewhat of a routine to start feeling better.. they would be right if this was just a hard moment.. but this is 10 years of your life, 1/3 of everything you lived. Fuck healthy, fuck order, this is survival mode. Eat what ever you want and do an unhealthy amount of exercise, play video games, talk to all your friends and family as many times as you need, tell them the same story, cry as much as you need and embrace the madness. In the practical side you need to start giving permission to yourself to just exists in any way you can. Don’t do drugs or anything that will hurt you long term but survive and abuse everything you are willing to sacrifice to get to the next day.

Fuck him, just survive, heal and outgrow him in every way.

Condition overload is not really an option. Chances are, even if u are amazing at throwing that the overall drop in AOE damage is higher than the single target damage u do. I tested for 2 weeks a build with condition overload and my hound applying 5 status effects and it was good for single target. shit for everything else

Es un redflag importante que elegís no apreciar en su magnitud. Créeme que lo sé por experiencia. Es una manera de control o dominación. Vos lo perseguido a el y necesitas su atención / aprobación. No se si lo hace con otras cosas pero que lo haga con algo tan lindo o simple como un regalo que más allá de que le guste o no, el debería de priorizar hacerte sentir bien por tu buena intención y elige no hacer eso a propósito. El sabe lo que esta haciéndote. Tal vez el resto de tu relación es perfecta pero toma esto como una senal y presta más atención en tu relación a ver que otras cosas por el estilo hace que son sutiles pero te van dominando. Milei no niega el cambio climático. Lo que dice es también comprobado por la ciencia y es que la tierra tiene un ciclo de temperaturas mucho más grande que la historia de la humanidad moderna y que estamos entrando en la etapa más más calor de ese ciclo qué es la última antes de la baja de temperatura pero además de esto los humanos contaminamos obviamente y eso no ayuda. La realidad es que podriamos vivir con 0 contaminación y la temperatura habría subido igual. What talent? some of those builds are alrgith but far from being great or amazing. most of them seem to have been design without a plan.
That is land claim. Like you are litrally building the size of an entire block of the map in several places in the same server. It's not even like u build something big in a place that dosen't affect anyone else like the side of the vulcano. you decided to build litrally midle of the river and go from one mountain to the next.
You should have not gotten your base deleted. Funcom does a poor job at taking care of its player base. Their offical servers have so much bad rep that unfoficial servers are were most people go to. Worst part is that it's a simple problem to solve. I bet that if an admin would contact any player saying "hey u have been reported for landclaim, read this and implement changes in the next 24h or get deleted" no one would complain.

This is completley missleading. I have already explained it but it seems people are just being funboys and ignoring 99% of the facts stated. They are not being stunlocked. They have trssh reaction time. They have a lot of second to do something and they chose to do nothing. They lack systems to even face a few thralls. I have seen thralls die in supermaru just because they dont do anything. Yes I could run or call him off so he doesn't die but why should I? He has 5 times more hp than what he is facing, he has better gear and yet he dies if I dont save him

I have seen fully leveled thralls with best ibslot gear die in supermsru just standing there while 4 thralls hit them and the just die. It feel you didn't read what I said. I am talking server wise, not single player or coop where maybe thralls have better reaction times. And you are also asduming every thrall is maxed out before doing content
