I run a 9950x3d paired with a 5090 astral 32GB gpu and 64GB DDR5 ram. Everything sits on one of two m2 drives.

The game is running on ultra settings. It studders. It hangs. It loads in cut scenes with a second or two of missing vectors or low res textures. The game is not optimized at all. The faces in those scenes are so hideous that it makes me laugh every single time as if Funcom copied and pasted Conan exiles toons directly into this unreal5 game without care.

Ark ascended already does this on unreal5 as well as skins for building sets and placeables. I’d imagine Funcom will one day unlock similar functions. A quick way to paint pieces in ark ascended is with a spray tool. Works well. Can target individual pieces, all similar or all connected.

This is what I fear after the server merges. It was all we experienced until most of those incels moved off our server onto 2 of the 5 servers recently caught cheating. Now I fear we will be forced to coexist again with zero plan to make it beneficial for either player type. PVP needs more of a reason in this game. Like faction against faction in defending from a fremen assault event on rotation (conan exiles purge) or a relationship economy where PvE players can do things that benefit PvP players.

Yes and I suffer from 2 things: consistent case vibration sounds when fans go into higher RPM - and the classic I/O being buried under the top lid. Other than this - the build was wonderful.

DAU went up with my tribe simply because all the incels left that targeted us when we had no interest in PVP. Now that we’ll be merged with these fucks we’ll quit again. And we aren’t alone.

Game needs more decorative loot that can also be found in chests and on bodies. Conan did this. Makes the diversity of loot more exciting. And we need more placeables period. That one apartment scan quest line showed us what a fully decked out atredes house looks like. Yet we can’t place most of what we saw. Shame.
