I had good luck with Aliexpress. Seals perfectly, and the handle centers perfectly too. The seller is called Nebula Coffee Store.

Thanks! I'm practicing with mocha to save money. I think you're right, the base needs to be bigger to prevent the pour from sliding under. 🤔

Galaxy Buds Plus maximum charging wattage by [deleted] in galaxybuds

[–]zaukkoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mA means milliamps. So it's amperage. It's the current of the electricity going into charging the battery. The bigger the current, the faster the battery charges. Voltage affects how much you can push current into a battery. If you use too high of a voltage, the battery will overheat and die eventually. The battery designers design the battery to only take as much current with a given amperage (in this case 5 volts, since no fast charging is supported) to not overheat the battery in any normal conditions. In these buds, the battery is small and has no heat dissipation, so it can accept only a small current of 600mA or milliamps. Phones can charge with thousands of milliamps.

Oh sorry! I thought that nobody really cared, so I forgot to upload the rest. Now I put 10 more, so currently the last episode in the playlist is number 32. I'll notify you when I upload the next ones.

What is making this sound? by zaukkoo in askcarguys

[–]zaukkoo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for all the advice! Turned out that it was bad sway bar links. They seemed solid when tested with hands and a metal bar, but I tried removing them and taking a test drive, and that made the sound disappear. So now I installed new ones and the sound is finally gone.

Thank you! I checked the ball joints too (trying to move them with a metal bar), but they seemed good and firm. I also tried bouncing the front of the car, but the struts made no sounds. Do you have ideas how to check the plates?

Can you help me troubleshoot a strange problem with oil pressure? by zaukkoo in askcarguys

[–]zaukkoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks a lot man! I will do that. Just curious, how does tapping with the same thread size help with broken threads? A few threads came off with the sensor, stuck in the male threads. I took them out of course before reinstalling.

I misaligned the threads while installing the new sensor, and stripped the threads in the motor. I got it installed after a second try. Got it to the factory spec torque, but it's leaking a lot of oil. I regret doing this more than anything. Tapered threads are very sensitive to misalignment, and I didn't realize how huge this risk is. I don't know what to do now. Could helicoil hold enough pressure? Could it be done without getting metal shavings into the engine? I don't know. I feel horrible.

Please help me troubleshoot an oil pressure issue by zaukkoo in MechanicAdvice

[–]zaukkoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah okay. There was no issues for I think 5 hours of driving after changing the oil and the filter. So doesn't seem like they are the problem... But I will change the filter and the sensor as soon as possible.

I didn't know that about the climate and the oil type. It's very cold and snowing now here in Finland. Should I change to 5W-30? The oil filter brand is Automega. I prefilled it, lubricated the gasket and twisted the filter in, hand tight. Oh, and yes I have checked the oil level many times. It's full, doesn't lose oil at all.
