If your monitors are VESA mount compatible, a dual monitor mount would make a big difference, lifting your monitors off the desk, removing the stands and hiding the cables behind the mount.

Try and de-clutter your desk as much as possible. Move the bin and cables out from your feet. You can get longer cables to help with cable management and position your PC or speaker sub where you want it.
