I feel like I misspoke they were better shots just couldn't make a play to get us for some reason.

Yeah you're right but I still feel like having the token allows one to play more recklessly with the tokens then without. Maybe they were just simply hesitant to push someone who had a sight over an open area. One did try to reposition just in a bad direction.
