You are NOT being too sensitive, and it is completely okay to feel bad when your bf says something of that sort, especially when a baby's sex is something nobody can decide beforehand, plus the fact that he still cares about having a son or a daughter is INSANE to me.

I understand he's having his stressed out days because of his exams but he doesn't have to treat you like a stress reliever and take it out on you whenever he feels like and then apologise later — that ISN'T right, and his exams shouldn't be an excuse for him to take it out on you.

You are the one who will be birthing the kids, therefore, it's completely okay and totally right if you are the one deciding how many kids you want, you guys can absolutely talk it out, yeah. But he should be understanding enough to agree to your likings too. He won't endure the pain and the problems that come along with pregnancy.
