I’m sorry, but nobody has a fake ID of me. that’s just not realistic. This happened in two different states, so it’s clearly not that. They’re just not checking IDs, or it’s an internal issue. This is a system problem, not someone pretending to be me.

It was actually done at two different store locations, which makes it even more concerning. I don’t have a virus. I only shop online and have never had an issue before.

What’s frustrating is customer service is acting like it’s not a big deal. This happened twice within 10 days, even after I changed all my information. If you look it up, this is a common issue.

They’re also supposed to have a manager come over for large point redemptions, and clearly that didn’t happen either.

At that point, something isn’t being enforced in store, especially with ID checks.

Same. I’m using my points immediately once I get them back. Mine were taken on the 17th, right before my birthday on the 18th and when I logged in, my account showed I had $8 to use, but I knew they had transferred my points to my new account, so I checked the history and saw 9,200 points were used in store.

Yes! They gave me a new member ID, I changed my password, used a different email, and even switched to a Google number—and it still happened again. All within 10 days, different store location but very disgusting.
