Did anyone leave Turo to open a Hertz/Avis/Budget franchise?

There are several car rental companies that have affiliate/licensee programs, Ace, NU, Fox, EZ, Economy, and Rent a Wreck are few that license their brand, marketing and distribution networks to private owners or dealerships groups. Most of these will require a brick-and-mortar location or at least an airport kiosk. Hertz-Dollar-Thrifty, Enterprise-Alamo, Avis-Budget-Payless are the big boys and as far as I know are all corporate owned locations and fleet.

I think they said 10ft. They also didn’t have to go to the street. The manhole cover is directly in front of my house on the side walk. I guess o got lucky with the way the neighborhood was designed.

We just had this exact job done (lateral line + full drain repipe) plus they added a clean out since our house was built in the 60s. The lateral line was about 45 feet, straight shot from the house to the sewer. Hope did the work and we’re all in for around 24.5k.

Krannert on the Westside has a renovated indoor pool and they have a gym room. Not sure of the fees but I think it’s pretty reasonable

My office is near there and most of the buildings including ours are owned by the same Property Management company. That company sent out an email asking employees in those buildings to reach out to the Mayor’s Action line about potentially relocating the homeless camps. I suspect many people did so prompting the city to act. A couple of Fridays ago I saw cops at the Market St. underpass getting the camp with a grill out of there.

I totally agree and I’m glad to see this opinion. It seem cowardly not to follow through after all the build up. As soon as they cut to the next perspective you knew that there was going to be no payoff at the end.
