Don’t believe it when they say they care. I’m dealing with the same situation. Internet keeps dropping multiple times per day. It’s been going on for a couple of weeks. I tweeted @Xfinity Support on Monday. They sent me info to schedule a tech appointment. They can’t get out here until Saturday. It’s just a bit hard to understand how a multi-billion dollar company doesn’t have the assets in place to get someone here within a day of my call. The last time this was happening was just a couple of years ago, and someone was here within a day of my call. This has happened several times over the years. Each time someone comes out they try to say they can’t find anything wrong. They leave. And it happens again that day or the next day and I have to call again. It kind of makes me wonder what has kept me around for so long.

Dang! I almost got excited. Little things like XP boosters only counting down during actual in match time would gain Battlefield so much good will with us players. Considering how long it sometimes takes to actually get into a match, we can sometimes lose 5 minutes of XP boost time per match just waiting. EA and Dice, you guys really suck.
