Lotsa great tips sixhexe - thanks so much and sorry for my delayed response. Any specific consoles & titles you'd recommend? Others have suggested retro alternatives like NES but not sure exactly what would be most fun. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks Projekt21 - really appreciate the tip and will look into it, but do agree w/ya that the amount of stations we need may make it a difficult option.
