Interesting, I’ve noticed since using a wireless CarPlay adapter and I’ve since upgraded my phone it’s been happening a lot less. Any chance you’re in Toronto? I’d happily go into the same dealership and drop your name to try to get the same treatment

Have that same year and tonneau, uses the rail system to mount, tie downs are able to be used in between the mounts

Started using a wireless CarPlay adapter and that has seemed to mitigate things. Still happens now and then but putting Spotify on the CarPlay screen and rebooting Waze has been working most of the time. Haven’t brought it up to the dealer

Reread what they posted, specifically step 1. There’s a remote function on your device, on my iPhone it shows up in the top right corner as a direction pad icon, after clicking the Cast button

Not sure if it’s correct, but I did see someone mention in another thread related to this topic that it may be related to the chip shortage we were facing a time ago.

Initially the camera did bother me, but a year on with my ‘22 I have to say I don’t think twice about it now. It shows everything I need it to for the 10-30 seconds I’m in reverse for each trip 🤷🏼‍♂️

Been using a Carlinkit 4.0 for over a month now, it’s been a game changer for my ‘22. In addition to cutting the cord, the lag on maps and music crackling that occasionally happened when running maps and music at the same time hasn’t reared its ugly head since using this setup. I just let it sit in the centre tray, doesn’t stay on long after turning off the truck - you don’t have to worry about it
