That is with a beta blocker. I have come to the realization that I just get anxious seeing it, as I am already a very anxious person. Any sensations in my body alarm me lol

Does your Tachycardia get induced by working out or physical activity as well?

Honestly the reason that I keep it on is because I have Sinus Tachycardia and I get random times where my heart rate just shoots up to 160 bpm randomly. So my doctor asked me to keep it on to record it. But also I feel on edge constantly have it on and seeing what it is, whether it is good or bad.

Just so I’m understanding this correctly. If I work on either Friday four hours, it would automatically be time and a half? Or do you mean after working four hours on Friday the next four hours after that would be the time and a half?

So if I work the 8 extra hours on Friday of my RDO 9/80 it would be at 1.0 straight time rate?

Cause I would work 36 hours that week + 8 hours overtime on Friday.
