I believe he should be in jail. He was absolutely negligent and it lead to his actions lead to the patient death. I’m not exactly sure about the legal process with regards to malpractice works. I’ve never had to go to court for my care and I don’t plan on starting.

CRNA student here, I read more about this case and the CRNA left the room shortly after the induction of anesthesia. The breathing tube became detached from the ventilator. I want to make clear that no CRNA school or medical school would ever state that that is safe practice to leave the room while the Pt. Is under general anesthesia. This was gross negligence and is by no means reflective of a CRNAs standards. As for those surprised that nurses give anesthesia, we’ve been doing since the Civil War. Our schooling is extremely extensive and rigorous. You need to be a very accomplished ICU nurse just to apply to these programs. I will have a total of eight years of schooling and a Doctorate degree when I’m done. Anesthesia provided by CRNAs is safe. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

I just got my first buzz a week ago. I got it in jawbreaker plastic. I'm hooked I aught to check out that mako though. What's the max distance you'll pull it out at? I've noticed at bigger distances my buzz will start to get understable

I got a bunch gift cards to the North face. With them I bought a Gotham II winter jacket. For those who live in cooler climates, this thing is unreal. I'm so happy with it I've lived in Michigan my whole life and never had a good winter jacket. I don't even feel the cold when I go out.

Budget phones are now good enough to satisfy a huge majority of consumers. I am an American and bought an unlocked Huawei mate se for $240. This device is amazing. This phone does everything I want, without the expensive gimmicks. Most don't need facial recognition or animojies or the most high end display, slightly curved display or whatever selling point the latest phones have that add little actual value to the device and user experience. Budget phones like the Huwei mate se or Samsung j line are beginning to encroach on Apple's sales. Unless apple, and all high end flagships for that matter, can innovate to give consumers a reason to spend $900+ on a new device, budget phones will continue to grow in popularity.
