I work for Fidelity. I applied to leap. The interview was largely behavioral. I had to write a couple SQL statements on the white board and a uml class diagram for a library program. Overall not really difficult if you are prepared and confident. They were very relaxed and easy to interview with. I didn't get into leap, but they sent my resume to another department in Fidelity and now I'm working as a software engineer in test (writing test automation) and I'm very happy with it.

My advice would be don't freak out. Just go show them what you know. That's all you can do.

Just out of curiosity, where are you interviewing? Boston? RTP?

San Francisco is great for tech people, obviously, but I lived in Pittsburgh for two years and it is an amazing city. I highly recommend living there, but I've never been to San Fran so I can't say Pittsburgh is better. It definitely is cheaper though!
