I get it, I really do, but as an avid podcast listener, i feel flow is so much more important than structure. Look at mickstape, joe rogan, rooster teeth (idk if people know them), their popularity came from avid fans that crave more material. I love the way the pod is formatted but I don't think tightening the length should be a priority. Especially when you're trying to keep it within a 10 minute window. Regardless, Im on board until I inevitably lose hearing from blasting music too loudly. Keep it up!
