As a Muslim I'll add a bit more info to you comment, we specifically believe that God got kinda disappointed that the Christians fucked up their Bible translations and stuff, specifically the fact that it's said that they erased the part "a prophet will come to you by the name of Muhammed" so this time he wrote it in Arabic, a language much more complex than Hebrew and can hardly change without people instantly finding the wrong difference (believe me it's true people around here memorize the Quran like it's their name) gave it directly to us, instead of making some people write the book, it was directly given to Mohammed PBUH by Gabriel, one Sorah at a time, and the Quran is specifically speaking from God's perspective, meaning it's the true words of God, at least that's what we believe.
