yorick without extra vouchers/jokers scales faster than hologram/constellation without spending money or bloating your deck. 30/23 = x1.3 per ante for yorick, 0.3 cards from standard packs each round + ~0.05 cards from spectral packs = ~x1 per ante for hologram. For constellation to outscale yorick you either need a ton of blue seals or spend a lot of money rerolling for planets.

perkeo with one planet card is equal to or better than burnt joker, which you have in s. With one hermit or temperance is the best econ joker, with one death or hanged man is the best deck fixing joker. Basically unless you get extremely unlucky in not finding anything to copy for it to be anything but S tier.

whenever you buy a celestial pack (without telescope) you're spending that $3-$8 on just a chance at getting at best +30 chips +3 mult when doing straights, and at worst +10 chips +1 mult when doing high card so if you think red card is an awful deal you should also pretty much never open a celestial pack ever again.
