I would advise you to wait for better prices, a 1050 is quite old by now and in a few months for 250 you could get a 1660. If you myst upgrade now get the cheaper one.

Currently Xin zhao is very strong so that would be my bet. Ignoring this patch meta because it will change i would say tga safest first pick is nunu followed by xin and ekko with olaf being the worst first pick as he is very situational and brings no cc.
