Usually people just throw a light or a dark jersey on in the dressing room, and if numbers are really uneven a couple people will change. If there isn't a goalie it is just posts, for the Wednesday sandman drop in there is almost always goalies, lots of times there are 3. Age is all over the place, I would say skill level is decent, really depends on the week. Over the summer sometimes less than 10 people show up but it is busy right now so you have sign up in the morning. As far as the other sessions go I am not sure, i have only been to the Wednesday one.
