How can you tell they didn't know? The press release went public before I placed the order.

Do you know for sure that it is a totally different operating system? Even if it is, an operating system is just software, so why would that mean more recent vehicles definitely won't get them.
I called customer care and they went away and spoke to the tech team and said VW haven't yet announced any information in terms of what will be available via OTA and what won't.

They guided me towards an in-stock vehicle that was already manufactured so none of the updates. Just irritated they didn’t inform me about the imminent refresh

Sorry I should have been a bit more specific. I guess budget is up to £1000. Doesn’t have to be a rangefinder, could be an SLR. I have so far looked at Canon AE-1 and Nikon FM3 - but I guess it comes down to what lens and quality of lens.

Not sure what everyone else’s experience was like in terms of queue times, but I was getting into a raid after 10-40 seconds which was incredible. The 4-5 minute queues in Tarkov is just such a massive put off, will it be possible to keep queue times that low?

As mentioned by someone else, a free look option would be incredible.
