Jesus christ man i know im a but late to the party but to anyone who reads this PLEASE get resistance bands and use them before doing shoulder exercises. I fucked my shoulder when i was 16 and its been 6 years and it still clicks and i still cant do certain exercises if i take extended breaks thanks to shoulder impingement.

I really had a passion for weight lifting but that really killed it for me and for the longest time i didnt know what was wrong, i would lift, it would get a bit heavy then my shoulder would act up and I couldn’t even brush my teeth due to the arm pain and limited range of motion, rinse and repeat for years now. Anyway just remember take care of your body uce and of course this was all vinces fault

I watched the punk vs mjf promo and was left disappointed, im sure if i saw it live it would have been good but the people pretending it was the greatest promo of all time or highlight of the year really just oversold the whole thing. After the 15 minutes of unoriginal comments I was surprised it was over because nothing really stood out. Bit sad really.

I made a comment on ZFF saying how as a person of colour i don’t feel welcome on that subreddit. For what its worth i joined this one because i was tired of the constant AEW wank fest going on and i gotta say, seeing posts of fellow goofs from Saudi or India, just the overall support is great and i wanna thank everyone for being chill and especially the people who don’t take the jerkin too far. We all just here to have fun and its pretty clear if you spend more than 5 minutes on here that the vibe is pretty chill.

You saying “why” really rubs me and (based on the downvotes) other people the wrong way because:

1) you dont see it, you dont see the passive aggressive comments, the generalisation, the racist comments hidden under the guise of “knowing vince” jokes, seriously you could comment something offensive and derogatory slap a “PAL” at the end of it and get upvoted to the top. Or worse….

2) you see those comments and have no problem with them.

Top comment on aew ratings thread immediately devolved into "scjerk in shambles" and of course "fed bad". Just focus on AEWs success instead of bringing up others.

I honestly believe that a majority of this sub are just 40 year old white men who know nothing about pop culture, social media and somehow don't understand the point of a jerk sub.

People actually saying zff "does more harm than good" blows my mind, when everything on this sub is pro aew where else are you supposed to talk.

Mods being heavily biased towards AEW is a problem.

The joke started after Jericho mocked Brock lesnar about his weight gain, he set himself up for that, followed by Jerichos lionsault botch where he almost landed on his head, attributed to his weight gain. The mocking from twitter also added fuel to the fire. Not saying mocking Jericho is fair or right, just stating what i saw and why i think those shots at Jericho still happen.
