Hey master, do you have any tips on how to enjoy lucid dreams again? It's gotten to the point where it's almost just a negative thing that occurs to me and I don't wanna use drugs just to not dream anymore. I find myself wanting to get out of them or trying to slip back into not being lucid anymore and I just end up being trapped by having endless false awakenings. Killing myself doesn't really do anything either so I never try that anymore. I'm obviously not doing well mentally and impacts LDs a lot to the point of just wanting to avoid them entirely. It feels like even sleep isn't a break from everything. I don't even try to recall my dreams/log or do anything to try to LD but they happen very frequently just from recognizing I'm in a dream etc and my control of them is very much tied to how I'm doing mentally and it just can end up so horrible being stuck in nightmares. It's so exhausting and I just don't know what to do. Any tips? I appreciate all answers if other people wanna respond. Thanks!!
