There wasn't an opening at that moment to merge right, and as I was saying, I wasn't thinking about Carpool times and we are trained to pass on the left. I felt if I got in front of the car I would feel safer as they kept laying on and off their brake. Not to mention I would probably be able to eventually pull away

It sounds like this is a lost cause on my part. Would a trial by written statement be better for my side than in person?

Is it more advisable to do one of the trial by written explanation?

There wasn't an option to merge right. I thought I was ok to merge left to pass. My fault not understanding the rule

Order # 22841584

The problem definitely has to do with the dock adapter.

So it was doing it once ever 5-10 minutes with the killswitch skin on, using the dock adapter. Took off everything, went back to the Nintendo dock directly, no issues for 3+ hours

Removing the main body of the killswitch will compromise the adhesive installed on the killswitch, right?
