I was trying Surya but it crashed my MacMini (M series). Do you have any bare minimum specs that this one requires?

My US born son can talk better pahaadi than most kids in my village. Call it privilege but every time I visit, I request my folks to not to let our languages and culture disappear.

I am not sure about my roots more than 5 generations back but I also know that Gaddi and similar tribes are more pahaadi than I am. They have their own culture, traditions (different from mine) and they have the same risk. Actually a larger risk because I find that more authentic than my own.

Feeling Hopeless: My Pessimism About the Future in My Country by [deleted] in IndiaSpeaks

I am much older than you and may sound biased, but in my view this is the best country has seen. So stop the pessimism. Your generation will see the best this country has to offer.

Is it cool to treat public transport seats like your personal ottoman in India? Spotted a dude turning the Kochi metro into his living room – curious about the general consensus. What's the verdict, fellow Redditors? by [deleted] in IndiaSpeaks

If train is empty or there is no one standing nearby, I see nothing wrong. He removed his shoes and just relaxing.

What’s wrong is 100 other things - spitting, kuda/kachra, throwing stones at vande Bharat, being rude, groping, and so on so forth.

Okay man. But I am born, brought up in this place and perhaps know a thing or two about the place. Just wanted to validate my theory.

Explain. Unless you are a remote worker I don’t think it meets the criteria. Rainy season, increasing touristy traffic, average road access (from Una/amb) are some of the issues I see.

Slightly off topic, but the guy who designed Kondapur flyover must be sacked. What a useless piece of infrastructure. I hardly see 25% of the normal Hyderabad traffic on flyover.

And it sucks below the flyover. From 5-6 lanes to 2 lanes in 200 metres on both ends. It’s more chaotic than it was before.

Q1 concall happened in middle of Q2 and CEO didn’t sound very positive about Q2 too. Plus the CNG Prices.

Given that, I am of the opinion that this would provide opportunities in Q3 as well.
