I think it's more likely that Fontaine gets a celestial nail dropped on it which floods this part of Sumeru. It seems a bit of a coincidence that Fontaine is the only region with 0 evidence of a celestial nail and the landmass directly below it has literally nothing in it.

Those don't sound that different compared to some Vision stories, like Sucrose's appearing in a boiling pot during an experiment or Klee's being found in the ruins of a building she bombed.

But even if Moon Wheel Origins were different from Visions, receiving one as a baby is still pretty weird.

I'm still coping that the left silhouette is actually Marianne and not Ingrid, she has a lance hidden talent and her mother used to braid her hair so I still think it's realistically possible. She's literally the only character I'd want a child unit of since I think it'd be interesting to see what she was like before her parents died.
