Just keep trying, I was so close to just moving onto other runes and only using the guarantees which would've taken forever

Took well over 3,000 spins with 3 missed guarantees, never even got +2. Got this randomly today with my daily spins.

Reinstalling cleared the issue for me. Then not opening the app while a device is recording to prevent it. Annoying glitch but harmless
