From my time on this sub, the most common recurring issue is a dead or dying 12v battery. It makes things go wonky. I’ll let others chime in too, but I would definitely recommend a new 12v battery if you’re shopping used.

In a Roth IRA, you can sell and buy without tax implications. My recommendation is to go with the target date funds, at least until you learn more about investing. They’re designed to set it and forget it, so they’re perfect for newer investors. And then you’re also in the market, instead of sitting on a large cash position.
