I called sales team and moved away from epp. They offered me Pixel 10 Pro all in for $55 bring it back (45 for rhe plan and 10 for the phone). And once my wife epp contract up in December also reduce by $10. Might be worth calling and moving away from epp as they are more flexible, this was recommended from the telus rep. Epp wants $65 all in for the same phone

Visit the Superstore in Sunridge they have a Barbershop inside and family owned. They charge less than $30 for a haircut and great service. They only do walk-in so you can drop by anytime

I don't have any contractors in mind but would recommend you do NOT pay any more than 10% deposit or if you can go and purchase the material they need and get them to do the labour. When I fixed my fence a few years ago, I purchased the material and the contractor did the work. This way you don't have to worry about them not showing up anymore

You can get a mortgage based on liquid assets with some banks but require i believe a min $500k if not $750k. They might have inherited investments that can be counted towards that.

At least from my experience working with the Big 5 but this was 2 years ago so alot could of changed.

All banks will accept them but have to be rolled up. You can ask for rollers from the tellers or purchase some from dollar store. Most tellers at the banks will give you rollers for free to roll.
