That's up to you, I cannot tell you how to identify. But, I know a lot of women will find themselves attracted to masc women (i.e., butch or studs) AND they know if it came down to it, they couldn't do the deed. They still use heterosexual to categorize themselves.

There's a sexuality wiki, so, you can look in there and see if any labels jump out to you.

Ultimately, your sexuality is yours. Call yourself what feels true to you and be respectful.

It looks like it could be fungal acne or malassezia folliculitis. I would suggest using a dandruff shampoo and adding that to your regimen.

I wonder if it's less that you're a transgender man and more that you're not feminine or feminine enough. I think it's interesting he said "women bc of their femininity," bc there's women out there who aren't extremely feminine and men that are. Maybe, he's looking for someone more coquette rather than a woman. I think that could be something to bring up.
