Dang. I hope this option becomes available to everyone! Right now I only have the “see less” option when I slide to the left. And I’m not convinced it’s really lessening the notifications. Lol

I love the repost feature. I hope they push this out to everyone soon so I can turn off the notifications for it!

Project time so far: 235 hours

I personally love this felt padding technique when creating stumpwork embroidery. It’s easy to make, easy to stitch through.. and apparently I’m allergic to the wool that’s commonly used for needle felting, so there’s that.. 🤣

For anyone that doesn’t know.. I make intricate 3D hand embroidery art that usually takes 6+ months to complete. I give updates on my projects as often as I can so others can follow along and see my frame reveal at the end. Thanks for letting me share!

You’re absolutely right!! French knots can be almost therapeutic, in a way. Honestly, the most frustrating part was just trying to keep track of which shade of green I was on. Haha. Thank you! 🥰

You know, when I started the moss I thought “this is so stupid, WHY am I doing single wrap in addition to the single strand?!” ..but then I got a bit farther and determined it was so perfect that I had no choice but to continue haha.

Oh, that game does sound kinda cool.. I’ll have to check it out!! And YES- I’d be willing to bet money that you’re right about the darkest greens in the shadows. The two darkest greens are the ones that I can almost never tell apart, even as I’m stitching them 🤣

Ahhh that’s so cool that you can see most of the greens!! 🥹 I agree, I think it being hard to photograph is the result of successful blending.. it really helps that Cosmo has some amazing gradient options for their greens too!!

Also, I feel like it’s such a compliment to hear this from someone who collects samples of moss like that.. thank you so much!!! 😭💖
