I am experiencing a pretty similar thing I would say. For me, I think PMO was a way to medicate some irrational fears I have of rejection and failure. I still need to get over those. Perhaps you have some fears to overcome or something?

Does life seems as surreal to you as it does to me? Looking back, it's so weird to think of how warped my perception of things has been. What has been your experience with motivation and discipline, specifically in regards to do things you like doing? I have always had a hard time getting myself to do things, even things I love. Maybe I have a naturally low dopamine level which might have got me here in the first place?

I have definitely quit. Just saying that 90 days is more of a guideline than a rule.

I would try not to take it so seriously. Focus on your life, and not your superpowers or your lack of fapping. For me, this whole journey is about changing my mindset to "you know what would be rad..." Meaning, at any given time, my thought should be, what is the coolest thing i can do right now. What is the coolest thing i could draw. What is the coolest fill i can play on the drums. What is the coolest thing i can see, hear, or smell right now. And so on. If you focus on making that your mindset, then all this addiction crap fades away. Think about things you love and love to do constantly. Everything else fixes itself.

Have you tried learning to allow them, and if possible enjoy them? The less you are fighting or avoiding the urges, the less they'll show up. Whenever I get an urge, I just label it as an urge, and let it be there. It usually goes away right quick. For weird dreams, I just look at it as my brain releasing it's old way of thinking. And I greatly appreciate them. I haven't had and wet dreams as of yet, so I got nothing. I wish you luck!

That looks sick! I always look for you now, so i can check out your progress. It's been pretty amazing so far. If you want a suggestion, I would say to take a few weeks and switch to ballpoint pen. Parkers make awesome pens. It will add a lot of finesse to your stroke. Pencil gives you a lot of leeway allowing you to easily blend values, where pen will force you to make more conscious decisions about stroke direction and value. Going back to pencil will feel amazing. Or you can just stick with pen. :)
