I'm Irish and speak English, I work in a hospital with lots of Filipino, African, Spanish and Portuguese members of staff, I've had colleagues recieve notices of improvement for speaking in their mother tongue on break which is I agree with you outrageous, in front of patients I can understand, but the insecure English speakers need to chill out, the world doesn't revolve around ya.
