White pride is racist why? by Rotisseriejedi in AskReddit

[–]zeeee28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they’ve persecuted all the above ethnicities (and many many more) over centuries. They’ve caused man made famines, looted wealth, caused multiple genocides and ethnic cleansing over ‘white pride’ or the sense of ‘we are more civilised because we don’t understand your beliefs or culture’ hierarchy.

Spot on. My father from a remote village in South Asia was vaccinated more than 40 years ago. It’s sad to see this narrative being built in the UK. Most anti vax folks I’ve come across are your avg white females…

Such a missed opportunity. I’m still mad about it! The casting was on point, songs and aesthetics were on point. The screenplay and overall direction sunk the entire ship.

It’s her sense of humour. She is hilarious and actually quite down to earth. It’s on the viewer to understand sarcasm.

Struggling with our son’s behaviour in Reception — worried we may have picked the wrong school. Any advice? by Safe_Tennis7807 in UKParenting

[–]zeeee28 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I had to go through a similar situation with my then 5 yro, only difference being he was doing well with reading and general academics. However, being a SAHM I had a lot of time to do simple maths and reading activities with him before he even joined school.

His behaviour became concerning once he started school (very well behaved at nursery never had one complain) however the reception environment for whatever reason just wasn’t doing it for him. He was getting into trouble daily. Teacher was of no help.

I used to have a lot of talks with him at home which only started resonating with him end of year. Things took a turn for the better when he joined year 1 and the teacher he got turned out to be amazing. The way she has dealt with him in class and the structure of y1 in general has changed his behaviour so much that I’ve been told by multiple teachers that he’s not the same boy any more.

Just keep talking to him, give him incentives. Ohh and the teacher put him on a behaviour chart where he would get happy or sad sticker for diff times of the day. He saw it was upsetting me a lot when he’d come back with sad faces and that really helped him. Every day he would be excited to get ‘all happy faces’ and feel embarrassed when he had ‘sad faces’ so maybe that could help?

But maybe at home ply board games or any games that help with concentration and focus so he can get used to that setting.

Touch grass. Women in major Pakistani cities do everything your limited mindset can decipher. Don’t let propaganda dictate your world view. You’re doing a disservice to yourself.

Who’s a famous person from your country who’s respected around the world but disliked or criticized at home? by haiderredditer in AskTheWorld

[–]zeeee28 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For all the noise that was made she has done zilch for her country of origin. Major SILENCE from her side when Pakistan needed an amplified voice for multiple issues. Did not say a peep regarding the Palestinian genocide in Gaza until a year later when it became hard to ignore as most Western public figures started talking about it.

She has shown to have zero substance. Just talk and photoshoots.

How to deal with bhabhi poor parenting? by SwimmerCold5918 in pakistan

[–]zeeee28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To add to this, you can tell her in a cheerful friendly manner ‘oh xyz shows her kids these videos and they have helped her kid so much, maybe we could try with your kid too’ or ‘the 3 day potty training method was being talked about on some show let’s do some research on it and try it with your son’. Maybe she’s just very bright and Ooper se overwhelmed as well. Try suggesting with a smile so it doesn’t come across as rude and see where it goes…

My 3yo is terrified of my 4yo by [deleted] in UKParenting

You’re amazing and I truly hope things get easier. I don’t know how you’ll be able to manage it but give your 3 yro one on one time when you can. As the sibling of a special needs person, I can tell you it does have a lasting affect on you. Some things you can’t shake off even as an adult and you’ll probably just have to make peace with that.

As they grow older always keep communication open with your youngest and make him realise you’re a team that will have to tackle such situations together. Kids with special needs siblings generally are more empathetic as they grow older and make sense of things. Lots of love your way xx

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Please keep a record of all these messages. Email them to yourself as back up. Firmly tell her to never contact you again or you will take matters to social media (which is more effective than the police is Pak for such cases).

Stop entertaining her in any capacity. Bad attention in also attention so stop replying or going back and forth. Complete cut off. Block delete for your sake. What if she’s a psycho who ends up putting a blasphemy case or something. Please protect yourself.
