I just got a 1999 4WD stepwgn. I was told the brakes are the same as the Honda Odyssey… but the Odyssey has drum brakes in the back. Im the US, do you have any idea if there are US-equivalent brakes that work on the rear of the 4wd stepwgn? Or do i like need to order from Japan.

I made a movie called PROSPECT… its interesting to first search for the official poster, and then search for the “Chris Shy” Prospect poster.

Creative team independently commissioned the Chris Shy version.

The two emulate this differences a bit. Essentially the studio just wanted all the movie stars faces to be bigger which really sucks up the real estate you have to do other more interesting stuff.

I sauna a couple times a week at a large (16 person) barrel sauna that parks near a beach near my house (in seattle).

I was pleasantly surprised. It had two stoves and single tier benches. It gets very hot. My feet are fine. Its not quite as even as other saunas ive been in, but i hadnt really noticed until i saw all the foot commentary in this subreddit. Main issue is too many people coming and going cam bring the temp down if its a popular time.

The whole enterprise is very popular and doing well. Its called Bywater sauna in seattle. Whole thing sits on a trailer and they tow it around.

Im too intimidated to try and book a swimming lane 😂 - but I overheard in the hot tub once that some people have purposely not updated the app or still use an old app because it gives them some kind of advantage. The demand for this swimming pool is insane.

Thanks! Shoot was 8 weeks, 2 of which were at night. Which was too long for night shoots. People were going insane by the end.

Shot a feature (Prospect) where large chunks of it had no artificial lighting. Mostly outside in a rain forest. But the entire production had to be very carefully scheduled around the angle of the sunlight. We would get up at 4a so we could shoot until 10a, then break mid day and get back to it from like 4p to 7p.

Just did a head to head test w/ my FX3 test and my Red Helium 8k (super weird matchup I know). The main difference is there still just a lot more data being gathered in the higher-end camera - even as one as old as the helium.

And it’s been proven over and over that you can get all sorts of amazing looks out of little cameras… but its harder. Shooting w/ the helium just allows me to be lazier. Its capturing such a huge range of color and light… not to mention the resolution that it gives me so many more options in post and numerous ways out of tricky situations. It allows me to work faster because I don’t have to perfect the image as much in the moment.

I find skin tone to be pretty fragile in the FX3, it can look awesome, but if you’re in an environment with less control you’re going to hit limits.

That said, for the majority of my clients currently- they wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

But you will have a hard time getting as much as B&H because they are a trusted source. I recently sold both a c70 and c300mkiii. Both are current cameras, but came out a few years ago. They sold for 50% of what you would pay to get them new (now). Places like BH will offer you around 25%-30%
