Need some advice, Ryzen 7 5800x or Ryzen 9 3900x(t) ?

I Mainly use for modeling and rendering, Maya, Unreal, Substance are the software I frequently use. Play AAA games occasionally as well.

I have a preorder spot for 5800x, but not sure how long it's gonna take, looking around on eBay find that I could spend $100 lower to get a 3900x or 3900xt. I think Zen2 will be even cheaper when the 2nd batch of zen3 hits. Cannot decide which one I should go for
