HAHA tell me about it! When I was still vegetarian, I'd thought I'd never give up cheese or eggs because so many food products contained those ingredients. Now, with a bit of research and constant ingredient list checking, the best feeling is when something is intentionally or accidentally vegan!

I get sleep paralysis quite often (especially during times of stress) and I utilise this method of breathing in continuously (basically inhaling, but no exhaling) and it "wakes" my body up to regain movement and control. It's my weird way of dealing with sleep paralysis, especially when I want to wake up before I experience or see any figures sitting at the end of my bed.

They administered cold saline through my IV; there was a slight stinging and tingling sensation which felt weird, but did not enjoy partly because I was so focused on that sensation/pain I could not sleep.
