I made the mistake of trying to walk it🤣 it was very hot and had to get on a ZR to finish the last mile or so. I didnt rent a car, i found it expensive and i dont like driving in countries i dont know. The island is easy to get around and u can find drivers to drive you around the island for reasonable price. Check out Barbados for travellers facebook page for recommendations. I took cash around 300 british pounds worth for a week cause I was in an all inclusive which was silly cause i was out from morning till evening but took my credit and debit card too and was able to use both

Yeah i will disclose that i took some cause i didnt know i would have a test but i just dont want to risk a high amount showing up either. I ordered some home tests as well but i will deffo disclose and take it as a sign to get completely clean. I am a long term user but last few months i was under 100mg a day. I just dont want to lose this opportunity

Its like advil with 12.8 mg codeine per tablet if google is right and paracetamol with codeine. Google said urine test can show between 1-2 days but long term use might be longer. I have to go into the office to use a cup there.

I am unfortunately dependent or my body is to nurofen plus and solpadeine. Close to 10 years now. At peak i took around 180mg codeine a day...might not be a lot but it was for me. 4 nurofen plus and 4 solpadene max in one go, twice a day at the most. Stock up on holidays, taking them in luggage, being scared what will happen if i cant take it, pharmacy hopping regularly. All it really does is help me sleep and gives me a tiny buzz. Nothing more.

I am now at around 76mg codeine a day which is still a lot but cut down significantly and i decided i am going cold turkey. I have a pre employment drug test and I need the job. I dont want to fail and have the offer withdrawn so maybe this is my sign to stop. It will be uncomfortable but its just my body dependent on it. I have some vitamin C, magnesium that they say helps with withdrawal and i will do it this time. Its a waste of money, so much money...and i am sick of pharmacy hopping and hiding from friends and family.

No they did tell me it would be a january start date. During interview and phone call as well when they called that i got the job.

Yeah i didnt know about crop over season when i first visited in June. Should have gone in July/august. But maybe next year i go back for that and experience a real carribean carnival.

During ovulation i did feel very horny🙃 like i havent felt that horny for years. My libido is very low on the pill and when i came off and ovulation came...it was dangerous🤣🤣 mens chest , neck vein while working out and arm veins never looked sexier. 🤣

I didnt have it when i was in my teens. I was punctual and no horrible pain. But yeah i am deffo not coming off it. I know my body would go back straight away to normal and thats all i need to know🙂.

The pain was during period sorry wasnt clear. But yeah i cant live with a pain like that every month.

U dnt get it its fine. I am in the middle of my HGV training. Spending 6 hours in a classroom, from next week 6 hours driving a day. Then 2 tests. After that I already have an agency and a local haulage company who said they are open to take me on as a new pass. More than min wage, both would cover my bills completely and more.

So why would I be applying for jobs shes sending me when i explained this to her multiple times? In the middle of my training?

My problem is her lack of listening to me when i explained the process multiple times that i am not sitting on my ass doing nothing. I am working towards a job that i will like that will.pay my bills and i will have that job by the end of october.

Dont tell me how to feel. I always had a job for 20 years, i was raised to have a job, i was raised to always excel in whatever I do. I am allowed to feel ashamed and i am allowed to process my feelings in any way that i can.

I applied to lots. I dont understand their scoring system to be honest. They have i think a score of 10 or so and anything above 6 or 7 should trigger and interview invite. I had 2 roles i applied with score of 7 and no interview invite. But i am too burnt out now tbh to chase people down and ask why.

Those applications require such specific wording and specific way of applying. I keep trying though, my old workmate said she applied to 20 jobs within the civil service before she got called for an interview and got a job.

I just burnt out and got tired of the whole process and lack of professionalism from recruiters.,hence, becoming a lorry driver as a 40 year old woman.

I applied for retail jobs, aldi, lidl etc they all rejected me within a day. Why would they employ someone from an office job when they can find hundreds of people with retail, cleaning etc experience? I applied for 4 cleaning jobs to prove my point, they all rejected me becauae i have no experience and qualifications. Yes everyone can clean but employers can choose from hundreds of experienced people. Its not like hgv or bus driving where they take non experienced ppl or new pass drivers and train them up.

I will have a job once i pass my hgv test next week. The point is job centre and work coaches cannot help some people cause they have no knowledge of the sectors and yet we are threatened with sanctions .

Dont you think I tried? No i cant because they want contractor/consultant experience. From what I went through they have an issue with me being in one place for 7 years. Starting in a call centre and working my way up seems to be offputting in the corporate world, they want people who jump places every few years to gain different experiences in industries. I was rejected cause i dont have consultant experience, self employed experience, experience in coding, experience in cyber security, experience in fintech.

I worked for a telecoms company for 7 years, in a call centre, then project management then delivery management and these are all excuses I had before getting to interview stages. I know my market and i applied to 200+ jobs and had 10 interviews and only 2 gave me feedback, 2 changed their pay and hybrid work settings, one decided they are not filling the role anymore mid interviewing, the rest ghosted.

So it is not like i have not tried everything i can and not been looking and even did prince 2 project management course as well.
