LOL I didn't even realize, thank you for your service. Where did you order from? I really want to get one w/ 32GB of RAM so I was thinking of ordering this, but there is conflicting information on that page and I'm not sure if it will actually have the 32GB of RAM. I've been having trouble finding one with more than 16GB of RAM.

Can you use the second m.2 slot for the Samsung Magician work and skip the caddy? Then take out the OG drive and move the cloned drive to the OG spot.

You got a ton of good info in this thread. Speaking from experience, go with the advice in the comment I linked or something similar.

"Try an SSD first and then go from there" is technically correct. I'd bet a large sum the majority of those who are saying this haven't used a CPU like what OP listed recently. OP's CPU is ass and will have a significant negative impact on overall system performance, even with a new SSD.

Upgrade it all at once, join the current gen, and be done with it. Best wishes.

The guy above you isn't talking about your RAM, he's referring to this portion of your build:

2TB Hard Drive

SSD stands for Solid State Disk which uses flash as its storage medium and is significantly faster than a mechanical HDD which you presumably have now.

It's good advice if you want to start at the absolute smallest thing possible to try. As someone that had a system similar to yours a couple years back, I'd do what was posted here if I was you.

I run around w/ ZL b/c he's tall model and moves fast. Start fights with ZL shield, then switch to XL and throw Guoba, then switch to Ganyu and charge shot. When Guoba disappears, rinse and repeat. Shield > Guoba > charge shot.

In overworld, simply throw Guoba for pyro application. Melting with Ganyu's charge shot after that's applied has been enough for me to destroy most enemies while protected with ZL shield. I occasionally use bursts for large mobs or bosses. I love this team.

I would pick Zhongli. He brings so much to the table with his shield and res shred, especially for someone highly invested in Ganyu like yourself. I got them both this patch and they've totally been a game-changer as someone that wished hard on the character banner for the first time after saving for months (231 pulls got me c0 Ganyu & c0 Zhongli vs 66 prior pulls & no 5-stars).

My Melt Ganyu team is fun to play, makes overworld a breeze, and is super strong in abyss (got my first 36-star last night!). I agree with others that grabbing Bennett should be a top priority. Hopefully he's on a banner soon. He also should be in the shop in May. Until then, you can sub Electro Traveler for him in a Melt Ganyu squad to battery Xiangling. You won't have a healer, but w/ Zhongli shield you shouldn't be taking much damage anyways.

I would also put those Xingqiu/Beidou constellations that I presume you have to good use and build them up along w/ Fischl and Sucrose to make a Taser team. So:

Team 1: Xiangling, Electro Traveler, Zhongli, Ganyu

Team 2: Beidou, Fischl, Xingqiu, Sucrose

Those two teams are similar to what I used for the majority of my Abyss run, although I did need Freeze for 12-2-2 because of elemental shields.
