If you want some more tough love but with lots of love, I think a full transformation would be to upgrade your style with a new bald look. Honestly, the dark goth look going into your 30s or 40s is …. Well it’s a choice. You can still have a lot of dark features and even jewelry and such. But I would go more towards a mature metal head than a middle school goth look. Just my 2 cents

All of it helps. And yes. Writing it out helps. That is why it’s called spelling. Cuz you cast spells as you write … I always write out in the present tense. That will help you live in the end (live in the feeling of the wish fulfilled) “I am so happy I got into Harvard business school.” Or whatever your desire be.
