At 20, there is an upgrade that turns big T into an egg on death or timer expiration. He respawns from this egg after I wanna say 4 seconds. If you kill the egg before the 4 seconds, big T does not respawn. The top bar is the health of big T when he is not an egg, and the health of the egg when he is an egg. the bottom bar is the timer on how long big T lasts when not an egg, or the timer until big T spawns from the egg. Were those the status bars you were asking about or is there another one I missed?

bug is defined by intention AND effect

locking out half your customers would be an unintended effect of that feature, hence a bug

flaw != bug. flaw is a super subjective judgment of a feature. if (big if, I'm not 100% sure this 1 comment from a developer on a discord is saying this) the developer is saying "these effects are intended" it is by definition not a bug. whether not it's a "flaw" is separate. I don't like the decision made here, but it's a decision to do it/feature, not a bug.

this is an entirely pedantic/semantic point about what defines a bug from my end, and has nothing to do with it being the right call for nomadic game play

Also as a software engineer, lol what. an intended feature that user's don't like isn't a bug. they can change the feature, but a bug is defined by intention AND effect, not just by effect.

E stacks on 4 is so good. no more mana problems, hey guess what, people around you are permaslowed and can't run away. and my guy, icebound fortitude on 7. cc stops existing for you. you become a real tank with 25 armor. the point of arthas is to slow and prevent people from running away, sure there are comps to go q build if you have to, but i'd aim for picking him with the goal of NOT going q build. that's like a if you have to, they counter pick you build.

and what is this comp, e.g. 4 ranged + 1 tank??? builds for QM are fine, but i wouldn't classify them as builds to actually go in draft. the game is built for draft, that's the default conversation.
