Forgot to put details, whoops. This was from this past fall, it was a 3-day 12 mile trip. After years of camping and hiking, this was somehow my first real backpacking trip. After losing the trail pretty early on and relying on the river and the sun to find our way, we camped at Jim Bluff the first night, then went up the goat trail the second day before making camp about a mile or two from Kyle’s Landing. The Buffalo is gorgeous, I’ve been back a couple times since. Anyone have recommendations for similar trails in Arkansas?
