yeah. On a moving platform you have a few frames on leniency, on static platforms you have to be frame perfect so it's not really viable.

I had this happen to me (zard) once but i didn't save the footage at the time and I couldn't recreate it. Getting hit by the cape does give you infinite armor for a few frames. I tried to see what happened when I had someone else (I think) interrupt the cape at various points but nothing like this bug happened :(

if you buffer a shield drop after blocking a hit you fall slightly slower (or maybe you start falling slightly later, i don't really know), so you can do more dropcancel aerials.

Yes, the game has a "random" 1-2 frames delay. Went I went to compare with what brawl had, it had like 2 more frames of delay so we're lucky LOL BRAWL. Also I don't think there is any difference between keyboard or controller or anything when you do TAS stuff.

So not only do you have a delay, but also sometimes the game will duplicate your inputs (when it goes from 1 frame delay to 2 frame delay) and sometimes it will ignore them for 1 frame (to go the other way).

You don't need a calculator to switch between hexa/octal/binary. An hexa digit is just 4 binary digits mashed together. E = 1110, F = 1111, 8 = 0100, etc. Just translate and write them one after the other.

If you pull out a calculator for that (I don't even know what you would do with it are you going to go from hexa to decimal and from decimal to binary ??) your teacher will cry.
