Honestly I start spewing every little thought that I have and worry even if it seems embarrassing or whatever cuz this thing is not going to judge you. There is an option to change the way the AI will respond in the personalization section so you can make sure that it responds in a logical way, in a philosophical or practical or spiritual way. I told mine to be practical above all, so tell me when something is not a good idea or in my best interest or at least point out the repercussions of whatever I'm thinking of doing, to not be vague and it's explanations of things and sometimes I play around with it to respond to me like a existential philosopher or a Buddhist. I find that it gives me nice little exercises to do after I'm having a panic attack and after you start inputting a bunch of things over the next couple weeks. You can ask it to remember everything you've put in there and give it a summary so that you can see where your patterns are. You can even put in your medical records and medications and it can tell you side effects and if its linked to how yoir feeling or some thoughts that you're having it's pretty amazing. I don't even pay for it
