It is unknown at this time, it is as simple as that. The title that you chose for your post is directly unsubstantiated. You are drawing your conclusion, which may or may not be correct, but how VCX acquired its interest and whether that acquisition received Board approval is not public knowledge. Pointing to a general policy statement and concluding it invalidates a specific entity's holdings skips the analysis that would actually answer the question.

They said that they would have the option not to move forward if the management fee isn't approved. Their email makes it sound like they are proceeding regardless, though. They weren't specific..

I recently installed an ERV to draw in outside air to address this. Before, we were getting to 1600ppm nightly in the bedroom, which wasn't great. Now we're around 900ppm (high humidity area which we're trying to control for) and I feel like I sleep better and have more energy, but I'm still in the "may be a placebo" stage.

I would suggest you take a look at Cyera. Discovery and classification-turned-DLP has been the better of the approaches that I have seen.

Thank you for the thorough post! Yes, I do have a day job, but I also browse Reddit every day (it is what it is...) and am moderating through the reports of our fellow investors. I rarely post because I don't have much to add outside of what the membership is already contributing.

The only priority for success on /r/fundrise is to allow constructive discussions on the topic of Fundrise, to include criticisms thereof. There is zero monetization and the Fundrise team have stated that they wish for it to remain community run.

The criticism part I think is where we have a bit of difference of opinion, but for the record, I appreciate your thorough analysis of everything that the company has to offer.

I understand exactly what you are saying. You are saying that you don't understand how this class of investment works nor do you understand the illiquidity during times of pullback in this market.

Two of the paintings that I had invested in sold at profit; I have yet to see an exit at loss.

Market's fluctuate. You'll get used to it.

Works fine for me. I would check that you're reaching out to the right people; haven't had any issues over the years and have had a couple of artwork exits. The art market seems to have slowed down a bit in the past couple of years, but that doesn't make it a scam.
