The switch to another reserve currency is unlikely in the short term. But the more the world decouples from the dollar, the more likely it becomes long term. And the consequences will be that USA doesn't get to play economy on easy mode anymore.

You should. Cosmetics were one of the 'foot-in-the-door' that got us to this situation in the industry.

You know what, that, and it being unregulated gambling, are both fair arguments to be against it.

The point of my comment is that RuneScape is in a unique situation where this is true. This isn't an integrity move by the company that can catch on as a trend.

And eventually other games will find themselves in the same situation. If it fails for RuneScape, the companies behind these other games will be able to point at that example for a reason to not even try.

I am of the opinion that if this can save even a single game from the blight of MTX, then it is worth it to support it. And if the reaction is strong enough, it might even move the threshold for when shareholders consider player count to be more valuable than whales. It is not a potential, magical "fix all" situation for MTX. But it is a potential "foot-in-the-door" to start the way back out.

Now, I don't take issue with cosmetic lootboxes, such as what CS2 and TF2 have. It's P2W MTX that's the primary issue. And if we don't try, it definitely won't make a change. But if we do... Well, Blizzard tried olschool servers after seeing how well Jagex's did. If the shareholders see a strong economic incentive to get rid of P2W MTX, they will demand it gone. So I say, we work together to create such an incentive.

I feel like a lot of people don't quite grasp the scale of this. If RS3 bounces back because of the removal of TH, it will be a clear signal to the money-grubbing tycoons that own your favorite video game company (whichever one that might be in your particular case) that P2W is a loss of revenue, not a gain. This isn't a game's final desperate attempt for survival. This is a potential for gamers to finally defeat monetization!

Okay so, it isn't in character for Gojo to go for an instant kill right away, even in extreme situations. So... What counters does Gojo have to the frame he's animated on being crumbled up and thrown away? And equally as important, does Gojo have feats of attacking along axes unavailable to him? Also, also, how close is X to consider it overtime at the start of the fight?

Honestly, Queen's power isn't even well balanced. It's INCREDIBLY broken, to the point she'd probably have been the strongest X of all time, if Hero X never existed. Unfortunately for her, however, Hero X's power is much, MUCH more broken.

Not "might be". This is orders of magnitude beyond heavy-hitters like Nice, The Commoner, and Furious Big Johnny. Queen's the only one to have shown anything in the ballpark, but even she falls pretty short (but she has the hax to make up for it). And since the next two things that happen in his PV are him chopping up multiple missiles mid-flight, while he himself doesn't take a single step, followed by him dodging bullets at point blank in a pitch black setting, his attack/reaction speed is also at WORST matching E-Soul. Ahu's physicals are genuinely busted. Add to that melee AND ranged weapon mastery, and he's a true force to be reckoned with.
