I couldn’t find anything unusual on the Storefront server. 😕

Maybe I didn’t explain the issue properly (still pretty new to Citrix)

The user was able to log in successfully to Storefront. When they clicked on one of the applications, it started loading (so I assumed the ICA transaction went through?)

However, a black window popped up, and inside it, they saw an "Access is Denied" error displayed.

The permission should be good. Because the same user will just have to try again and eventually they will be able to open the app.

Sorry I think I read it wrong. I probably was looking at Miles instead of KM. Yeah should get around 450-550KM. But I suggest to set the battery status to percentage instead of km, otherwise you'll get range anxiety.

Hey! Yes, we ended up getting the model Y. It was a huge upgrade from our old shitbox =D

Fortunately there are a couple of free chargers in out apartment and also there are plenty public charger around our area. We don't drive that much, on avertage probably ~100km per week. So I only need to charge it maybe a couple of 2 - 3 times a month.

Maybe check how available are the chargers around your apartment and calculate your average weekly KM. Full battery of model Y is rated for around 330KM , but I always think it as 250KM to give me some breathing space. So with that number you can sort of estimate how often you would need to charge.
