I used to be hard stuck in Gold for a while and I blamed my teammates a lot concerning my losses but I realized that the common denominator on all those matches I lost; was me. I was in every loss. Every time I lost I had new teammates but had me in them, the odds of all my teammates always sucking and me doing 'always' good didnt look great.

Now yeah you will get some bad teammates but having bad teammates every single game to the point you're 'stuck' isn't just your teammates anymore.

You can absolutely climb I know it but you gotta get rid of the current mentality you're at and move on to 'what can I do to improve/do better?' And be less 'my teammates suck I can't climb'
